WEDDING BUFFET SELECTION

The following Buffet Menus are designed to be served as Evening Buffet after a Four Seasons Sit Down Reception. Finger Buffets includes all foods, disposable plates, serviettes, table covering for Buffet Table, staff to prepare and lay and leave.

(Based on minimum 50 guests).

FOOD HYGIENE ACT

  Any Buffets which are set out should be disposed of within three hours of set up time.
Four Seasons staff will require the customer to agree and sign a copy confirming
time that any lay and leave foods have been supplied.

which have proved to be popular.

Salads, desserts and cheeses can also be added.

Disposable plates and cutlery are supplied with all menus.
China crockery and Beaded cutlery can also be supplied
at an additional extra charge.

All finger buffets are accompanied with crisps & nuts etc.

We can also operate a Cocktail style buffet with waitresses mixing
amongst your guests during the evening with buffet salvers,
rather than a set out Buffet Table, please ask for a quotation.
