WEDDING SERVICES
FOUR SEASONS CUISINE
MORE THAN JUST CATERERS
From
the moment you visit our website or read our brochure, we will be pleased
to visit you and advise you the best way to make your special day a great
success. We will be able to advise you on the timing of the reception,
procedure, quantity of wines and champagne etc. We will also assist you
with your table plan and the lay out of your chosen venue.
ON THE WEDDING DAY
We
will arrange for our Wedding Co-ordinator to meet your representitive
at the venue. They can then finalize items such as the table plan, place
names, flowers, wines, champagnes, and any other items you require placed
on the tables.
Our staff will then lay up tables and prepare the venue for your arrival.
On arrival at the venue after your wedding our head waitress will then
run the reception for you.
Once
the seated reception is over our staff will clear all Four Seasons equipment
and set up your Buffet Table for the evening.
Four Seasons Cuisine's experienced staff will take the worry our of your
special day, enabling you and your family to relax and savour the event.
Our prices include all these services and V.A.T.

WEDDING RECEPTION PROCEDURE
On Arrival of Bride & Groom
The
Bride & Groom to have their photographs taken with their wedding cake,
by the official photographer.
Sherry or Bucks Fizz Reception
Once
your guests have been introduced to both families our staff will ensure
that everybody has a Sherry, Bucks Fizz or alternative soft drink.
As soon as everyone has had a few minutes to settle, our staff will then
ask your guests to take their places at their designated tables. The Bride
& Groom will then be taken to the point of entry, or some point away
from the top table.
Once the Guests are Seated
The
Head Waitress will then ask the guests to
"PLEASE STAND AND GIVE A WARM WELCOME
TO YOUR BRIDE & GROOM MR AND MRS......"
During Coffee
Our
staff will start to pour your Champagne or Toasting Drink.
Once everyone has been served, the Head Waitress will call everyones attention
and announce "The Brides Father" to commence the speeches."
After the Speeches
The
Head Waitress will then take the Bride & Groom to their Cake and ask
guests if they wish to take any photographs, while the Bride & Groom
cut their cake. Once photographs have been completed our staff will cut
the Bottom Tier if required. They will then clear and prepare the hall
for the evening reception.
Please
note that this is our standard wedding procedure, which will ensure that
your day runs smoothly.
If you wish to employ an official M.C. we will co-ordinate with him, prior
to the function.
